Account Deletion
If you no longer wish to use ChemEase and would like your account and all associated personal data to be completely deleted from our servers, you can initiate a deletion request.
How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1: From within the ChemEase App (Recommended)
If you still have the ChemEase app installed on your device, you can delete your account directly through the app settings:
- Open the ChemEase app and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Scroll down and tap on Account.
- Tap on Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be immediately flagged for deletion.
Method 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:
- Send an email to bhatguruprasadb@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ChemEase account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- In the body of the email, state that you wish to have your ChemEase account and all associated data deleted.
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once your data has been completely removed from our systems.
What Data is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed from our databases:
- Your account profile (Name and Email address)
- Any saved preferences or custom settings
- Your synced data across devices
Please note that anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytical purposes to improve the app.
