Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use ChemEase and would like your account and all associated personal data to be completely deleted from our servers, you can initiate a deletion request.

How to Request Account Deletion

Method 1: From within the ChemEase App (Recommended)

If you still have the ChemEase app installed on your device, you can delete your account directly through the app settings:

  1. Open the ChemEase app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Account.
  4. Tap on Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be immediately flagged for deletion.

Method 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

  1. Send an email to bhatguruprasadb@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ChemEase account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. In the body of the email, state that you wish to have your ChemEase account and all associated data deleted.

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once your data has been completely removed from our systems.

What Data is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed from our databases:

  • Your account profile (Name and Email address)
  • Any saved preferences or custom settings
  • Your synced data across devices

Please note that anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytical purposes to improve the app.
